Spending questions, answered.

What’s the difference between a debit card and a credit card?

A debit card takes money directly from your checking account. A credit card lets you borrow money for purchases and pay it back later. Both can be useful, it just depends how you like to manage your spending.

Can I manage my checking account and credit card online?

Yes. Both are available online, but use separate logins. You can manage your checking account through Online Banking, and use the Credit Card Login to manage your Visa® credit card.

How do I apply for a credit card?

You can apply online for a Visa® credit card. Once we receive your application, we’ll review it and let you know what comes next.

Will my credit score keep me from qualifying for a credit card?

Not necessarily. We look at the whole picture, not just a number, and we’re known for working with members who’ve been turned away elsewhere. If your credit isn’t where you’d like it to be, we’ll talk through your best options, including a secured credit card that could help you strengthen your score over time.

Wherever you’re starting, we’ll start there with you.
