I have consistently had positive experiences with this credit union. What stands out most is the exceptional customer service. The staff knows me by name, takes time to answer my questions, and has helped me with checking, savings, CDs, and money market accounts. They clearly explain my options and ensure I feel confident in my financial decisions. It is refreshing to collaborate with a team that genuinely values its members and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone seeking a financial institution that puts their members first.

Membership questions, answered
Do I have to be a Kimberly-Clark employee to join?
No. That was true many years ago, but not anymore. The simplest way to qualify today is to live, work, or attend college somewhere in our seven-county area: Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Outagamie, Waupaca, Waushara, or Winnebago. Kimberly-Clark employees and retirees are still very welcome, and so are certain union members and the family of anyone who already banks with us. If you’re not sure where you fit, give us a call and we’ll help figure it out.
I just live in the area, can I still become a member?
Yes. If you live in any of the seven counties (Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Outagamie, Waupaca, Waushara, or Winnebago) we serve, you’re eligible to join, and the same goes if you work there or attend a college, university, or technical school here. You don’t need a tie to the mill or to a union. Living here is enough.
Who counts as immediate family?
We keep this fairly broad on purpose, because family comes in a lot of shapes. Immediate family includes the spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters, stepparents, and stepchildren of anyone eligible to join. If you’re related to a member and you’re not sure whether you qualify, just ask and we’ll take a look with you.
What do I need to open my account?
Not much! A government-issued photo ID, your Social Security number, and contact information. There’s also a small one-time deposit to open your account. That deposit is what makes you a member-owner of the credit union. You can do the whole thing online in a few minutes, or stop by the branch if you’d rather we walk you through it together.
Wherever you’re starting, we’ll start there with you.
